RichCo LLC, a trusted name in home building and renovations across Snohomish County, is looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled construction lead to help drive job progress in the field. We need someone who can do a little of everything — and do it well — so our owner can focus on growing the business.

✅ Your Skills Should Include:
• Carpentry (framing + finish)
• Drywall install & repair
• Painting (interior/exterior)
• Decking & fencing
• Siding installation
• General home repair tasks
If you can step in, lead by example, and push the job forward, we want to talk to you.

💼 The Role:
• Full-time, year-round work
• Paid bi-monthly (every 2 weeks)
• Local to Snohomish County
• Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Leadership experience is a plus — we’re looking for someone who takes initiative and communicates clearly
