Remember that dressing funny doesn't give you the right to act rude. Even though you and I may love this kind of thing there may be others who do not, respect their space and they will respect our event.

2. PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SAFTEY
Stay on the sidewalks, cross quickly with the signals, don't block traffic. Stay off private property. Don't mob the cars or block businesses.

3. DON'T LEAVE ANY MESSES THAT NEED TO BE CLEANED UP
As fun as it may be, no part of your costume should sq**rt or project any liquid or objects. No bloody hand prints on anyone's property or empty makeup/blood packaging or other litter scattered around. Bloody hand prints make businesses unhappy. Littering makes everyone unhappy. Destruction of property is illegal and makes the police unhappy. Refer back to rule 1.

4. ANY WEAPONRY SHOULD BE EASILY DISCERNIBLE AS FAKE
Keep bright orange caps on the end of toy guns. No replica weapons, the word replica implies "like the real thing."

5. NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL

HAVE FUN!! Come up with a theme and stay in character as much as possible. Zombies lurch, crawl, limp, slither, etc. Think more Romero Zombie, not "run" Zombie. Be creative, and have fun with it! Invite your friends, bring the kids!
