We are excited to welcome two new team members to Portal Insurance.

Please help us welcome Diana and Kaylen.

Diana brings a strong background in customer-facing operations, sales support, and insurance coordination. She is a licensed Property and Casualty producer in Alabama with hands-on experience handling claims, explaining coverage, managing objections, and guiding clients through decisions with clarity and confidence. She has led teams, managed revenue and operations, and consistently delivered high-quality service in fast-paced environments. Diana is detail-oriented, client-focused, and built for ex*****on.

We are also excited to welcome Kaylen to the team. Kaylen comes to us with extensive experience from Allstate, where she built deep expertise in insurance operations, customer service, and coverage guidance. She understands the insurance process end-to-end and brings a strong foundation in carrier workflows, client communication, and problem-solving. Her industry experience and professionalism will be a major asset to our clients and our team.

We are pumped to have both of you on board and look forward to what you will help us build.
