The government by the judiciary has been far more involved in my life and my children’s lives than I ever gave any permission for my post Military life.

I had no idea how adversarial, how intrusive and how destructive our judicial system was. I wasn’t totally naive but I had never experienced Lawfare until I went hard in politics and experienced heavy lawfare. Then I began to understand real power.

The Judiciary is the most consequential branch for most Americans.

Conservative and righteous jurisprudence is needed more than ever. We are very fortunate if we get a good judge. It’s a celebration.

Congratulations to US District Judge Bill Mercer on your investiture. President Trump nominated him and he is the first real conservative Judge we have had in Missoula in a LONG time.
