BE HEALTHY AND SAVE!

Start taking fitness super seriously.

You’ll save money by eating less, and not buying alcohol or ci******es.

Gyms are comparatively very cheap.

You’ll spend less on leisure as training is time-consuming!

Fitness = Richness

What most don't understand is that unhealthy things are actually very expensive and healthy things are comparatively extremely cheap.

You could simply not eat for most of the day.

Fasting costs you zero. Running or doing pushups costs nothing.

On the other hand, you could eat 3 meals a day.

Which means you're spending money 3 times every day of the week.

Then complain about how expensive being healthy is.

With a healthy lifestyle, there is no need for a gym at all.

The only people who "need a gym" are bu****itters.

Finding any and every excuse to be unhealthy.

Simply chooses to be healthy, more than being unhealthy.

While you're counting calories, I will simply eat once a day.

While you're studying the best exercises, I'll be doing the most volume of repetitions.

Take your fitness VERY seriously., because when you do you will stop wasting your money on bu****it.

You'll become stronger, leaner, and think more quickly.

Giving you an advantage in everything you do.

When it takes someone else 10 minutes to make a decision.

You will make it in 30 seconds. Being healthy saves money!

It’s hard to start the gym. Easy to KEEP going.

Hard to make some money. Easy to turn it into MORE money.

Fire is surprisingly difficult to start.

But once it’s raging, it spreads extremely easily.

Success is exactly the same.

Remember this as you go through your day today.

Put in the EFFORT today so that tomorrow it will be easier.
