This is the inside of an A-coil. Which sits inside most furnaces. The owner of this system did not change thier filter for many years. The system was not serviced or maintained for years. The heat built up got so high from lack of airflow it burned up most of the furnace components. This could have caused a home fire 🔥. It is extremely important to change your filters and have your HVAC system serviced twice a year.

Before and after of some serious water damage. See video in comments. Home was completely gutted and mold treated; utilizing commercial heaters and dehumidifiers to dry the home out. A large hole in the roof saturated the home for over 3 years. Everything besides the shell and bones is new.

Before & After; stairs/enclosed porch, replaced damaged lumber, new window, paneling, trim and carpet. A coat of fresh paint to finish it off.
