Rare Destin Pointe Opening: One Summer Week Left Near the Jetties
Aqua Easy has just one prime summer week remaining, along with select late-summer and fall dates in one of Destin’s most distinctive settings.
This is not your typical Destin beach house.
Three bedrooms.
Room for eight guests.
Direct coastal dune lake views.
Two furnished wraparound balconies.
The Gulf just a short stroll away.
Destin’s East Pass jetties nearby.
And spectacular southwest-facing sunsets.
Set at the far western end of Holiday Isle, Aqua Easy overlooks one of Destin Pointe’s rare coastal dune lakes, with sugar-white dunes and the Gulf stretching beyond it.
Wake up with coffee overlooking the water. Spend the day at the beach or exploring the jetties. Grill dinner on the balcony, then watch the sky change color over the dunes.
Or stay exactly where you are.
Walls of windows fill the open living, dining, and kitchen area with sunlight and scenery. Each bedroom opens to a private balcony, including a top-floor king suite with beautiful water views.
And because Aqua Easy is inside gated Destin Pointe, the experience extends well beyond the home. Guests enjoy beach access, community pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a playground—all just minutes from HarborWalk Village, the Destin marina, waterfront dining, and live music.
One summer week remains. Additional late-summer and fall openings offer even more opportunities to experience this one-of-a-kind Destin setting.

One of 30A’s most beloved Independence Day traditions returns Saturday, July 4! 🇺🇸🎉
The Grayton Beach 4th of July Parade steps off at 8:30 AM, filling the village with decorated golf carts, vintage vehicles, homemade floats, bicycles, costumed pets, and plenty of red, white, and blue spirit as the community celebrates America’s 250th birthday.
These photos capture some of our favorite faces and moments from last year’s parade—and offer a glimpse of the classic small-town Americana returning to Grayton Beach this July 4.
Planning to attend? Our complete guide includes the parade route, parking and shuttle information, plus nearby festivities and fireworks. Find it in the first comment. 👇
Will you be marching in the parade or cheering from the sidelines this year?
