You know all this time I thought I was growing, and I was, but never like this…
I was reflecting on a decision this morning and brought up a lot of tense heavy energy spot in my body.
Ya…my old self would never commit to something like this.
Shadow work, I believe it’s called.
Sitting here at my desk, feeling this heaviness and excitement at the same time I think what true expansion and growth feels like.
And after years of developing this person and business woman I want to be,
While constantly being asked when I will return to the restaurant industry,
I believe I have fully embodied her.
Because after making the decision and committing, EVEN before making my next quarter goals...
I truly feel at peace, calm, and open to what comes next.
This whole month, I have been worrying about being in-alignment or not, if I’m at the place, doing the right thing.
My mind is clear and my heart is joyful.
I am Extraordinary. 💪🔥
And I don’t have the responsibility to prove it to anyone.
