A few years ago I wrote a book called Burnt Peanut Butter Toast.
At the time I thought I was writing a story.
Looking back, I realize I was writing about something deeper.
The way we survive difficult moments quietly becomes the way we live everything.
Most of us don’t notice it.
We build careers. Families. Reputations.
But underneath we’re still reacting to something older — an old fear, an old belief, an old moment we never fully faced.
This year I’m releasing a new edition of the book.
Not because the story changed.
But because I understand it better now.
