Hi! I’m Sarah the founder of Pink Journals. ⁣

In May 2021, it was suggested to me by a functional medicine practitioner to test for lyme and mold toxicity. ⁣

I chose to go ahead with those tests and soon after received all positive results. ⁣

I began treating soon after. I found myself ordering multiple supplements as part of the healing protocol.⁣

The practitioner gave me about 4 to 6 different supplements to take for usually a 4-8 week protocol before moving onto the next thing.⁣

As you know, if you’re healing chronic illness and on a protocol, you can’t just start taking full doses of all these supplements that your body is not used to.⁣

I found myself making a monthly calendar on a piece of paper to track my intake or just writing down on any random piece of paper, my supplement intake.⁣

These sheets of paper are necessary to keep to have on hand when you meet with your practitioner. You can accurately update your practitioner with your progress and any symptoms.⁣

These sheets of paper also quickly become clutter in the house.⁣

So I decided to use my creativity and design a fun journal to keep track of this important and necessary information.⁣

An attractive journal can sit on a table and look like decor.⁣

A journal is easy to toss in your bag and take with you for the day or to go to an appointment.⁣

A journal gives you a place to record and track your chronic illness health protocol plus a place to journal out your feelings, thoughts and emotions along the way.⁣

I created this for myself.⁣

It’s not just a standard journal. ⁣

It’s custom tailored for anyone following a chronic illness health protocol. ⁣

I included monthly pages that prompt you to journal on your exact protocol for the month, your goals and concerns for the month. ⁣

I included daily pages that have a place to track your supplements, daily exercise, lymphatic work (so important for health), track symptoms and a place to journal your thoughts, feelings and emotions for each day. ⁣

I created this for myself. ⁣

But I know it can help others too.⁣

So I’ve made it available for purchase at the link in Pink Journals bio
