We technicians come across funny stories when working with our clients.

A dear and sweet elderly client told me this story when I was servicing her desktop PC years ago. When she bought her very first PC, the salesperson was going over the features of the tower, such as the location of the power button, etc. Now, the client had never seen a CD drive before. When the salesperson pressed the button that caused the CD tray to slide open at the front of the PC, she exclaimed, "Oh! How neat! A built-in cup holder!" -Todd
