I just made this tasty chinese noodles dish with these A-m-a-z-i-n-g gluten free noodles. They are made by simple truth organic company and they only have 4grams (2 net grams) of carbs per serving. These are the closest thing to ramen noodles. They are wavy like ramen and the texture is like a rice noodle and they keep their shape, not mushy at all and they soak up whatever flavor you put on it. I would recommend these for Asian style dishes, it would not fit well with spaghetti sauce. I have found noodle heaven!
