Here are some progress photos for a big addition with a full renovation. We are doing in River Hills. This will add an abundance of extra space this client needs. It will also add a new oversize three car attached garage, full living space above the garage.  This will also enlarge the existing kitchen. We will add a two-story entry. We will bring the laundry room up to the second floor. Add a new split bathroom. New stairway open to the foyer, all new LP siding and trim on existing and the addition. All new roofing and gutters. There are so many more cool features to this project.
We have a very high skill and knowledge to perform these type of projects. We are a design- build firm. We will handle all aspects of design and everything for construction, keeping everything under one roof.

Here are some progress photos for a project we are doing that includes an addition and full renovation.
This will desperately give them the added space this family needs
Part of this project is a new attached garage. That they did not have.
We will infill the existing front door, as we created a new front door and porch .
We also opened up two exterior walls to create one big open space with a three ply 18 “ LVL.
Converting the existing dinette, but also going into the new addition. To create a beautiful new kitchen with a long snack bar and a separate island.
It also includes a new pantry.

We added a new living room with a fireplace and vaulted ceiling. With plenty of glass, including a patio door out to the new entertainment area.

This will also give this husband and wife the well deserve new primary suite with a large bedroom,large walk-in closet, beautiful bathroom with a vanity and makeup desk , separate shower, soaking tub, and water closet. As well as a linen closet.

Then we added a new powder room.
Converted the old kitchen into a new dinette .
This is also included a full foundation, giving them additional future space as the family grows.

All new siding and trim.

With true confidence, we have a high skill and knowledge to perform projects like this that include opening up sections of the home structurally. That needs a contractor that has a wide range of experience of these types of project. As well as the tradesmen.
We would never trust a builder that doesn’t have the experience or tradesmen that don’t have the knowledge. Why risk having structural problems or a project that does not turn out like your expectations in your vision.
