We are beyond thankful to have Clayton join our family! The girls are already falling into the big sister role very well 💞 And I’ve realized that I’ll be posting lots of pregnancy stuff that I documented well after the fact 😅

Reminiscing from our trip last year…one of my favorite byproducts of strength training is being a strong mom.
I love being able to:
💪take the girls on adventures
💪hold them both in a long line at the store
💪get up and down off the ground while holding both
💪lift them up over my head with ease
💪have energy to keep up with them
I hope and pray that I can show them:
💪that is important to prioritize your health
💪to eat to fuel your body, not starve it
💪that exercise and food can be medicine
💪that strength is necessary to optimize your life
💪that being strong is a better goal than being skinny
🌟that fitness spills over into all areas of your life and makes you want to be a better person in all aspects of life
