I wanted to share a little history about our center. Our center was started out as a mom's day out center, a place for parents to bring their children when they needed a little break, or had errands to run. A place where kids could come and learn to share, and interact with other children. At the time this worked and was great. It was exactly the service that was needed.
However as time went on this service wasn't the only service that was needed so we became a licensed preschool that could be a place that fit both working and stay at home parents. It became a place that wanted to make sure the kids were prepared for that next season in life both academically and spiritually. Our hours ran from 8:00-2:00 we ran just like a school. We followed our districts schedule and we closed anytime they were closed even if the reson for closing had nothing to do with us. That was roughly 59 days a year not counting weather days and sickness days. It was a schdule that at the time worked great for both teachers and students and was the thing that drew many people in. This worked for a good while however as inflation grew higher so did the need for more hours and care for the kids of our community.
So Clc adapted. We worked tirelessly to make all the changes we could while still factoring in the needs of our parents, students, and teachers. Longer hours meant longer days for kids that were use to leaving by two. For our teachers it meant longer work days on top of cutting breaks almost in half from 59 to 32. While this still seems like a lot it still wasn't exactly what our parents needed so we increased our 7-3 hours to 7-5 and cut breaks from 59 days to 23 days.
This new year we are working hard to make things even better. We have gone from 5 classes to 10 and added room for more school agers and trust me when I say we want to meant your needs . However change takes time and growth doesn't happen overnight. So when you are tempted to get upset because Clc is closed once again, I ask that you take a step back and look at how far we have come and pray for us as we make decisions that will give your child the best quality care. These next two weeks aren't just down time for clc but times that our teachers are able to regroup before the new year. A time of remodeling, training and preperation for what the next year has in store for us. More than that it is a time where we are covering each child that will return to our school as well as those that move on to new ones in prayer. We are excited to see what the future holds. Come join the growth as we strive to make CLC the place everyone wants to Bee! Thank you as always for being our biggest supportors! We love and appreciate you!

πΊπΈβ€οΈ Our Little Patriots Parade β€οΈπΊπΈ
Today, our hallways were filled with tiny footsteps, waving flags, joyful laughter, and precious smiles. While we enjoyed celebrating our nation's Independence Day, our greatest prayer reaches far beyond this holiday.
Each child in our care is a gift from God, entrusted to us for a season. It is our privilege to teach them not only their ABCs and 123s, but also the love of Jesus Christ and the truth of His Word. Our desire is to help lay a foundation of faith that will guide them all the days of their lives.
As these little ones proudly marched in our Fourth of July parade, we were reminded that we are raising the next generation. May they grow to love what is right, serve others with humble hearts, and glorify God in all they do.
"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." β Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)
"Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right." β Proverbs 20:11 (KJV)
"Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance." β Psalm 33:12 (KJV)
We are so thankful to partner with our families in raising these precious children for the glory of God. We pray your Fourth of July is filled with gratitude, joy, and the peace that comes from knowing Christ.
Happy Independence Day! May God continue to bless America. πΊπΈβ€οΈ

We are excited to announce that beginning this fall, our current 3β4-year-old teacher will be stepping into the role of Assistant Director!
She is currently pursuing her Education Degree and has already been such a blessing to our ministry. Her kindness, patience, and genuine love for each child shine brightly every day. She serves with a joyful heart, and her love for the Lord is evident in the way she cares for children, encourages families, and ministers to those around her.

At our Christian childcare center, we believe children learn best through play. Play-based learning gives children the opportunity to explore, create, discover, and grow in a way that is natural and meaningful to them.
Through hands-on activities, children develop important skills such as problem-solving, communication, teamwork, creativity, and confidence. Whether they are building with blocks, engaging in imaginative play, exploring nature, or participating in group activities, they are developing the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills needed for lifelong learning.
Play-based learning also encourages children to become independent thinkers, make choices, and build resilience as they navigate new experiences. These everyday moments help foster a love of learning that extends far beyond the classroom.
As a faith-based center, we see play as a gift from Godβan opportunity for children to experience joy, wonder, and learning while developing the unique talents He has given them. In a nurturing Christian environment, children learn important values such as kindness, compassion, respect, gratitude, and caring for others. Through meaningful interactions and daily experiences, we help children grow not only academically, but also in their faith and character.
By encouraging curiosity and exploration in a loving, Christ-centered setting, we are helping children build strong foundations for school, relationships, and their walk with God.
"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." β Proverbs 22:6

A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Parents
We want to take a moment to thank each and every parent who entrusts us with their precious children each day. We do not take this responsibility lightly. It is a blessing and an honor to serve your family and to help care for the gifts that God has placed in your hands.
The Bible reminds us in Psalm 127:3 (KJV), "Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward." Your children are a precious gift from God, and we are grateful for the opportunity to love, teach, encourage, and care for them.
Thank you for your trust, your support, and your partnership. We pray that everything we do points children to the love of Christ and helps them grow in wisdom, kindness, and truth.
As 3 John 1:4 (KJV) says, "I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth." It is our desire to help nurture young hearts in a Christ-honoring environment where they can learn, grow, and experience God's love.
May the Lord richly bless each of your families. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child's journey. We are truly grateful for the trust you place in us every day.
