Testing out a polypropylene hinge concept. Polypropylene has good elasticity and flexibility making it resistant to cracking and stress.

The multi-material design used here combines the flexibility of polypropylene, the strength of PETG, and the aesthetic of matte PLA.

These concept hinges were designed for 6mm PVC panels, but they can be designed to accommodate other panel thicknesses. Size, shape, color, and finish are all easily customizable.
