There’s no better time than now to fire up this brand new fireplace and enjoy the beautiful view for this family! Our team just finished renovating an old existing porch and added to the homes square footage with this beautiful new living space. We added new windows, doors, and a beautiful trim finish on the windows and ceiling. Our team also built this custom gas fireplace wrapped in a field stone.

Some finishing touches going on at this full home Reno. We ripped out a few walls and closets on the first floor and moved the laundry room to the second floor. Our team installed new solid white oak hardwoods throughout the entire house with new trim, new kitchen cabinets with new layout and waterfall Island countertop. For the old laundry room we moved the garage entry door and installed a bank of cabinets for a clean looking mudroom.

Our team came back for phase 2 on this “Poolvilion” and finished up in time for summer. We wrapped the existing pressure treated beams and posts with stained cedar and replaced the 4x6 posts with solid cedar beams. We stained and installed a tongue and groove pine on the ceilings and soffits and installed black downspouts and gutters.
