While researching Caravaggio’s original pigments for an ongoing project, I came across this book (pictured here). The book illustrates the scientific analysis of Caravaggio’s materials and pigments in great detail!

A rare example of a wood painting. This is an excellent painting of “Magdalene with Alabaster Box if Ointment” after the Italian painter, Andrea del Sarto.

During my trip to Africa, I visited One Off Contemporary Gallery. The gallery had a great exhibition by Peter Ngugi.
