Get pre-approved!! I can't stress how important it is to get pre-approved before you start touring homes. The last thing you want to do is fall in love with a house you can't afford or see something you love and not be completely ready to put in an offer. Especially in the market we are in, you want to be 100% prepared. If you don't have a lender, talk to your agent. They should be able to recommend you someone! Did I mention the pre approval process takes like 5 minutes?!
