🎉 This year, Rustam Islamov marks an important milestone—10 years with LANCK Telecom!
Rustam’s journey began in our NOC team, working night shifts in the office. Over the years, he has grown into his current role as Key Account Manager, Eurasia. This path has given him a deep understanding of telecom traffic and the business from different angles.
💫 Within the team, Rustam is known as the soul of the region. He brings energy to every task, approaches his work with genuine involvement, and is someone colleagues can count on. Rustam is the kind of person who makes the team stronger—reliable, supportive, and warm.
Outside of work, Rustam enjoys volleyball and snowboarding, but music holds a special place in his life. He has been singing since the age of six, when he first joined a choir—something many of the team have come to know over the years.
