First let me begin by saying that your personal or business brand should be authentic as it aims to represent your values and beliefs. Now, what if your personal life domains (spiritual, family, work, health and community/social) values are misaligned? How do you keep your brand consistently on message to gain or keep potential client's trust? This can be quite a challenge. An example would be if you are a brand that pushes spiritual values yet you care little about community or relationships, or treat your family poorly. We see this in the media quite a bit so I believe you can relate.

So how do we fix this?

First, we should be honest about our own values and not try to imitate anyone else. We need to be authentic!

Identify your core values and assess all areas of your life and see where and what is causing the misalignment.
