Ocean drums are a powerful tool to clear and cleanse energy. However, the sound needs to be controlled and you need to have awareness when and how you play because it can be too loud or abrupt.

This sound healing instrument sounds like waves washing up on the shore. I prefer to use this at the beginning of the session because its intensity.

I'm curious how many people use this instrument. It's easy to travel with and use. It has many easy applications.

I will say, it can be very loud, so use cautiously when you're around people. I wouldn't use it by someone's head as it can hurt their ears and be disruptive.

But when you need to reset and clear energy this is a powerful tool to have in your box!
