Finally took some time to go over some of the pictures from our last vacation. Found it very rewarding as they take me back to that lovely place we call home, with our loved ones, in tranquility and peace.
A lot of doing nothing, just enjoying being calm and with no schedule or anything to worry about.. it was fantastic and very energizing.
I knew January was coming in with a lot of work and things to get done, new opportunities, new schedules, more learning and more growing so we decided to take that week to fully nurture and recharge our souls, minds, and bodies. Now, feeling focused, recharged and ready to get this year moving and thriving.
Also , once again as a resolution I will try to keep up with social media 🙃…

What to expect? Opening your Saturday morning with an energizing Yoga class open to all levels. Then you get to share with others the Yoga high while enjoying from a refreshing acail bowl!

Know that Vegan Restaurant Miami]] has been the home for weekly intimate Yoga classes since covid happened. It has been a home for many of us to find and grow our yoga practice… you can be part of it! this is a great opportunity to try it!
