BE YOURSELF! Sounds clichΓ©, but it's so true. Try as much as you can to embrace who you are even when it feels uncomfortable whether it be in your personal life, performance at the gym or kitchen! Always remember: your imperfections are what make you beautiful & to stand out from the rest... Embrace them!ππ½ππ

Life changing secret: Moving when it makes you feel good and not forcing movement on days you feel exhausted β‘οΈIt is beneficial to move daily but not at the expense of your health! Of course, there are days when we don't feel like moving, and that's okay. What matters here is recognizing what your body is telling you. The right balance between letting your body rest and moving will get you far. ππ½
