Because sometimes, the first step into the future looks exactly like this. 💛

Every child carries untapped potential ✨ but for millions of children in Kenya, that potential gets dimmed before it ever gets to shine.
Over 1 in 5 children in Kenya live in vulnerable situations, with limited access to education, healthcare, and safe homes. And for youth aging out of care, the reality is even harder. More than 50% risk unemployment or homelessness within just two years.

That’s where we come in.

At Nisria, we see every young person for who they are, not the challenges they face. We walk alongside them, providing mentorship, education, guidance, and real opportunities to grow. Because support shouldn’t stop just when they need it most.

As this year comes to a close, deep gratitude is the only way to describe what is in our heart for each one of you who has stood with us. It truly takes a tribe to do this work, and we are forever grateful for walking this journey with every single one of you. 🙏🏽

Because of your generosity and belief in our mission, this year we were able to:
🎒 Send 50 children to school, opening doors to safety, dignity, and opportunity.
🏡 Rescue 50 children and reconnect them with their families, restoring homes and hope.
💦 Dig 3 boreholes now serving 150 families, bringing clean water closer to home and transforming daily life.
👩🏽‍🦱 Support 60 women through our micro fund, helping them build livelihoods and independence.
🌱 Secure two grants (SANARA & STP), strengthening our capacity to serve even more creatives and families.
🍚 Provide food supplies to 500 families, easing the pressure of daily survival for our community.
🧵 Train and certify 35 people, equipping them with technical and creative skills for the future.
🛍️ Participate in 5 runways and 10 pop-ups between Kenya, UAE, Uganda, and Germany, giving our beneficiaries a platform to be seen, celebrated, and to earn from their craft.
♻️ Craft 500 garments in our workshop from discarded fabrics, turning waste into beauty, income, and pride.
👕 Mend 200 school uniforms, ensuring children could attend school with confidence and comfort.

Every child in a classroom, every woman standing taller in her business, every family gathering around a shared meal, every garment sewn and runway walked, and every drop of clean water flowing is a reflection of your kindness, generosity, and trust. 🌍 None of this would be possible without you choosing to show up, give, share, pray, advocate, and believe in this vision. 🙌🏽

As we look to the coming year, the mission is to go further, deeper, and wider in the impact we create together. 🚀 With good samaritans like you beside us, there is no doubt that more lives will be healed, strengthened, and empowered. 💫
