Age is just a number🪦. After 56 years on this planet, 20 plus years away from endurance sports, and health challenges these last 2 years I am healed, recovered and ready. I am still chasing goals, having fun, and focused on being the fittest version of me possible now and for years to come. 💪🏻❤️
