A one day notice of cancellation is required. All clients will have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will need to reschedule and pay a new deposit to secure your next appointment. ONLY the person being serviced is allowed at the appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOW- NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. Everyone must remember that my clients time and my time is valuable. Being late results in pushing back appointments. Rescheduling Policy
