Sculptural Jewelry ✨

One of the easiest ways to transition from Summer to PreFall is using accessories to anchor a look. While dainty pieces have their place, this is usually reserved for those sculptural pieces that welcome more ✨

Oftentimes we start getting dressed by finding a garment first THEN accessorizing.. I’m here to argue that sometimes the accessory IS the starting point and the outfit is built around it to showcase its form & beauty. ✨

Much like in the first slide where I served as Sittings Editor with 📸 David Sawyer and we solved the dilemma of “I have nothing to wear” by putting on the jewelry first. ✨

This philosophy was also employed in the latest Spring 2026 collections at where sculptural pieces (some more streamlined than others) anchored entire collections; proof these bold pieces are here to stay✨

✨Couture: the Season of Dreams ✨
here Art meets Fashion

In my opinion, there is no stronger visual language than that of Couture. A combination of:

-strong history
-impeccable craftsmanship
-storytelling in its highest form

Which allow for illustrating each houses’ strong identity; introducing new ideas, conversation, excitement for the extraordinary regardless of which Creative Director is at the helm.

Beyond dreams, Couture also sets the stage for what ideas will be explored in upcoming ready to wear seasons. How? ⬇️

Remember fringe, sculptural jewelry, pleating, voluminous tops, slipdresses, boots with gowns, & the return of long gloves to name a few… they were all introduced via a previous Couture collection.

Sea, Sun, Sand, Golden Light— For me, summer is a time of connecting more with nature, exploring new places & embarking on some personal projects that I didn’t get to capture earlier in the year. ✨

It’s also a time to help clients see more options, choose an edited wardrobe & ultimately buy less. Setting them on their travels or daily life with minimal pieces but endless options✨
