Embracing my Inner Child and letting her run free with joy is something that fuels my happiness 😍 This journey called Life is too short to be anything else!!

It’s in the laughter that comes too easily, the spontaneous decisions, the music turned all the way up, and the freedom to feel everything fully. She reminds me not to take life so seriously and honestly, I think we all need a little more of that magic ✨

I began my journey a few years back in becoming the best version of myself. Not knowing 🤷🏼‍♀️ what to expect from it. I never imagined that the transformation 🦋 I would endure would also impact the loved ones around me 🥹

Doing the inner work isn’t just about becoming a better version of yourself. It is about transforming the invisible threads🧵that connects you to your lineage and even the community around you 💕

Every time you choose to heal a trauma ❤️‍🩹, break a looping 🔄 pattern ⛓️‍💥, or respond with awareness 🧐 instead of reaction, you create a positive ripple 💗 that moves far beyond you.

Your family and children feel it. Your relationships reflect it. Your community grows from it. You are not just healing your own story, you are interrupting 🙅🏼‍♀️ cycles that have lived for generations and planting seeds 🌱 of love and peace 💖 for those who will come after you.

Listen I am no different than you! We all have our challenges. Some more than others. However the only thing I’ve done differently is take control of what I can control which is “MYSELF” and the rest has fallen into place. I’ve done and continue to do the inner work so it reflects the outer outcome.

You have the same 🌟 power within to change your life and make it how you want. You just need to first have faith in yourself and then trust 🙏🏼 that its all going to work out 💪🏼
