Go Be Fit Today

So I had Garry, take this pic today for me. In 2019 I started my weight loss journey, and I used to go to the zoo to walk to lose weight. I took a picture next to this pot of gold and sent it to my sponsor not knowing that 6 years later, I would’ve lost 135 pounds and would be lifting weights for almost 2 1/2 years at this point! Sometimes the blessings God gives us a hard to see it first, but will determination, action and dedication. This is proof that God can do anything.

Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come! 4 1/2 years ago this was me on the left, last week on the right! I’m 53 you’re never too old to achieve your goals! I always wanted this body and I work for it every single day! I will never go back to that guy again.
