Meet Jenille Kent, Transition Coach at Bay-Arenac Intermediate School District in Bay City, Michigan.
Jenille has brought five PAES Labs into her area. Five. When other districts want to learn how to run a lab well, Jenille is the visit they book. She's built systems other districts now copy. She trains. She coaches. She answers the phone when staff in another building hit a problem at 2pm on a Tuesday.
