Happy Mother's Day!

For my mom I did a white velvet cake with strawberry vanilla butter cream, layered with fresh whipped cream and home made raspberry/strawberry filling. Nice and light! A definite favorite of mine.

Three layer chocolate cake with raspberry filling and a citrus chocolate ganache. Yum! Hope the birthday boy is happy.

Is there such as thing as too much peanut butter? This cake tests that question!

Cookie/Brownie Boxes are on the menu for this week. Each box will contain the following.

2 - Cookie Butter Stuffed Snickerdoodle Cookie's

2 - Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie's

1 - Peanut Butter Coma
(2 Peanut butter cookies's loaded with PNB cups and PNB buttercream sandwiched in between)

1 - The Jessica Cookie sandwich
(2 Brown butter cookie's loaded with chocolate chips, coconut, peanut butter pretzels and toffee with cookie dough sandwiched in between)
