From the delicate balance of our Tonno Rosso alla Piastra—seared ahi tuna with jasmine rice, Asian pear, avocado, ginger soy dressing, and crisp shallots—to the comforting richness of our Milanese di Maiale, a perfectly pan-fried breaded pork tenderloin finished with lemon and EVOO, each dish is thoughtfully crafted to capture the season.
