Starting May 2nd, we’re officially launching HYROX at Get Fit Meridian—where strength meets endurance and training gets taken to a whole new level.
Class times:
• Tuesdays — 7:00am & 5:30pm
• Thursdays — 7:00am & 5:30pm
• Saturdays — 7:30am
This is structured, high-energy training built for ALL levels—whether you’re here to compete, build capacity, or just try something new.
