I have to be honest with you. The lemon raspberry cookie did not pass my own test.
I baked the first batch today and the texture was not right. Too soft, too cake-like, nothing like the thick handcrafted cookies I am known for. I could have convinced myself it was good enough. I did not.
Tonight I am back at my kitchen counter reworking the recipe. Tomorrow I bake again. If it comes out the way I know it can, I am bringing 24 of them to Capital City Public Market this Saturday at Grove Plaza in Downtown Boise.

New test flavor. The dough is made, it is resting overnight, and tomorrow I bake it. I only have enough for 24 cookies and they are coming to Capital City Public Market in Boise this Saturday.
