With combined work in these realms of concurrent 20+ years with patients and clients. I've been on all ends of the large young man to the fitness enthused adult. Along with becoming a father my drive went to looking into all of the help that exists for DAD.

Client time!!!! A long term friend Gavin Povall asked me to help him clean up for the holidays. Thru a short build phase and a healthy paced 10 week cut we are down 39 pounds so THIS guy can show up for the holidays!

He put in fantastic work and looks phenomenal. And of course, he wants more 🤣. This is just one example of what hard work can accomplish.
