Sleeptight Magic Academy is a magically interactive wind-down routine for kids, where the listener is centered as a student in a top-secret wizard training program that teaches magic as you sleep. In each episode they learn the (make-believe) history and theory behind a different magical ability, and then practice that ability in a guided relaxation exercise.⁣⁣
