For everything she poured into you.
The lessons, the strength, the quiet moments that stayed. Raise a glass, this one’s for her.
Uncut comes straight from the barrel, bold and unapologetic. Add a little lemon, mint, and ice and you've got a chart topper.
Uncut Bourbon Smash Hit
2 oz. Blue Note Juke Joint Uncut
1/2 Medium lemon
5 Fresh mint leaves
2 cups crushed ice, divided
1 oz. Simple syrup
1 Sprig fresh mint
Cut lemon into 4 slices and place in a cocktail shaker or large mason jar w/ a lid. Add 5 fresh mint leaves. Muddle the mint and lemon w/ a muddler or wooden spoon until most of the lemon is released (about 1 tbsp juice). Fill a cocktail glass with 1 cup of the crushed ice. Add 2 oz. bourbon, 1 oz. simple syrup, and the remaining 1 cup crushed ice to the shaker. Seal and shake vigorously, until the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Pour through a strainer into a glass. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and serve immediately.

Classic old fashioned, unexpected twist. Blueberries, orange, ice… and bourbon aged in Memphis’ humid days and cool nights. Flavor that speaks louder than words.
2 oz. Blue Note Rye Whiskey
1 tsp Sugar (or 1/4 oz. simple syrup)
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp. Water (if using sugar cube)
Garnish: Orange peel & 3 blueberries pierced with a cocktail spear
In a rocks glass, combine the sugar, bitters and water. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved. If using simple syrup, only stir the bitters and syrup together. Pour in rye and add a large ice cube. Stir well until chilled. Express the oil from an orange peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, and drop it in. Add cocktail spear with 3 blueberries.
