Petable Expressions and Grooming by Amanda are NOT the same! I am on germantown rd. THEY are on West street. They will not make this clear if you wander in there thinking you are at Grooming by Amanda. They will take your dog and never tell you.

We will not be holding any for purchase or shipping, they are simply first come first serve. They are $30 each and the seller is accepting cash, cashapp, or Venmo!

Our power has been out all day and we have not been able to answer our phone. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will give call backs as soon as possible.

I sincerely appreciate all of my customers. I love what I do. I am a very small business with only 3 employees. Everytime a new customer is given an appointment the same exact things are said to them. " drop off is between 8-10 am you will be called the minute your dog is done after 1pm and you need to send your rabies info in 24 hours before your appointment in order to confirm the appointment." When we have not received the paperwork we start calling 48 hours in advance to remind. When we are not answered or do not have the option to leave a message there is no other choice but to reschedule your appointment. We have an extreme amount of people on a waiting list that would be happy to have your appointment. This is posted on Google, told to you in person and we then call to "remind" you of it. I feel like this is very simple. It is the LAW that we have this info on file and we do it ahead of time to make sure there are no inconvenience the morning of drop of. I just had a grown man punch my glass door while screaming obscenities in a room with my 15 year old daughter and also my 5 years old daughter. The wife then called to express her severe feelings toward my process...which of course was NEVER told to her. She was not only told she was called and wouldn't answer with a full voice-mail. We are not punching bags. I am so disappointed that a grown man would act like that with nothing but children in the room. I have this on camera. I obviously wouldn't post that sort of thing but again....I am so disappointed. Dog grooming is a fun family oriented kind of business. I shouldn't have to worry about what my kids are going to see here. If there is a mistake I'm sorry we are not perfect but we will do every we can to make it right if you give us the chance. - Amanda
