To say I’m excited is understatement and I’ve been prepping myself for this class in hopes I don’t walk away with puppies in my bag 😩

But we’ll be back at Smith Park at 9:00 AM, ready to flow and move our bodies in ways that feel best for us. I’ll incorporate some of last week’s playlist for this week since we cancelled last weekend.

As always I can NOT wait to meet you on the mat and i am so so grateful for every single one of you who have shown up for yourselves. That’s no small feat.
