My Shoulders were once the weakest part of all my lifts. I couldn’t bench heavier weight because I consistently had pain and popping during lifting and lowering motions.
•
First step: stretching and gaining flexibility in my shoulder allowed me to relieve my pain almost instantly, but I am still actively trying to correct specific tight sport in my scapula, ITS A LIFESTYLE choice, not a temporary fix.
•
Second step: YOGA, mobility exercises, and creating stability in my shoulders with planks, down dog, dolphin, reverse crabs, etc. I’m never going back.

Third step: maintenance and consistency….
