With Jen being the heart & soul💕, Allison having the mastery of mindset 🤓 we believed Brandon to be the perfect like minded individual to lead in the physical body 💪 aspect of things!

May 8th the Stars Aligned & a dream became a reality. 💖💪

Determined to change the concept & beliefs towards fitness & overall wellness, we decided to just DO the damn thing...

✨FRAME FITNESS was born. ✨

Last week we began the renovation of our fitness space where the MaGiC will happen! 😎💪🙌✨

We plan to be open in July & begin taking on clients! ☺️ (We are in talks of POSSIBLY running an online option starting in June) 🤷🏽‍♀️
