Getting serious with my body....back to my 2 shakes a day and all my Herbalife Supplements....feeling so sluggish and 'fluffy' after the holidays! Herbalife...here I come! WOW! So excited to report my LOVE of HERBALIFE PROLESSA! So, for the last 7 days I've been back on my 'Getting Healthy' Regimen. I have had (1) Herbalife Shake each morning, a snack mid morning, (1) Herbalife Shake with Prolessa added to it for lunch, a mid afternoon snack and a sensable dinner.
