As we celebrate America’s Independence Day, we’re reminded of our own journey. In 1995, our chef arrived in the United States alone to pursue an education in a country that was unfamiliar, speaking a language she barely knew. Like so many others, she came with hope, determination, and a dream.

Today, we’re grateful to call this country home. The United States remains a land of freedom, opportunity, and possibilities, and we’re thankful for every customer, friend, and community that has supported Angel Touch Kitchen along the way.
