NPM Construction Co. contracted with City of Mercer Island to construct and install a decorative handrail on 80th Ave SE. The handrail serves as an ADA feature to protect pedestrians from the ROW sidewalk to 80th Ave SE.
Construction nears completion as restoration will be the final phase.

NPM Construction Co. began construction for City of Sammamish - Government on July 17, 2024. Survey for clearing, saw cutting and drainage improvements were done. Clearing the site for new concrete curb & gutter and sidewalks began today. Estimated substantial completion date is mid-August 2024.
