Here are just a few of my favorite scriptures that I have strove to memorize through the years. (I prefer the King James Versions and old english that seems to have more of a reverence to them in this language..).(*Review comment box after reading my comments.) sadly I have a problem with retaining them as well as I used to with my memory not being as proficient as it used to be.. Well.. I have to review them much more regular to retain them than I used to.. thus I can't seem to keep up on as many of them as I used to.. I know they will be tiny for reading.. but I have organized them so that they can be cut out and posted where I can review them regularly .. or I will carry the list around with me... I will post more in the futre.. If wanted I will send them out to U in the mail so that U can use them in whatever way U want.. During my death experience I was spoken to and reminded how important it is to memorize and read scriptures so that they can be with us at all times and so that we can draw upon them when needed and so that we can speak of them to others.. and I was told that with the evils of today one should strive to read the scriptures not just once a day, but even in the day or once more in the evening.. that the more the holy word of God through the scriptures are with me then the easier it will be to have Godly thoughts and actions and words.. and His spirit to be with me.. and It is so so true.. and when I start out the day with scriptures in the morn it does make a big difference .. and many times in the morning or middle of night when I do wake up I will read them or if on the computer I will go scriptures and pull up them up and some you can even click on the audio and be listening to them .. Those who have cell phones can bring them up anytime of the day ... If even only for 30 seconds.. try doing it more often and U will find that it does help to keep God's spirit with U.. Just strive to recommit to have the scriptures more a part of your life.. and thoughts.. actions and speech.. (Strive to pass this on to your children and choose some to memorize or to review and especially read together to them or as a family with your spouse especially.. each day along with family prayer also maybe even along with singing religious hymns and songs..Many blessings come from doing so.. ) ** I also have another FB page that I created: Scripture Power Memorization that U may want to check out..
