Excessive pressure can erode and deteriorate the surface causing premature failure of the expensive and otherwise durable surface. The soft washing process that we use gently delivers a mix of anti-bacterial, algaecide, and other environmentally safe soaps that not only clean and neutralize the organic staining, as well as remove dirt and debri, but gets deep into the pours of the stone to give the customer a longer lasting clean.
