Living in an immediate gratification environment has been one of the most difficult things anyone will deal with in life. We live in a world where everyone wants it now. What’s very misunderstood is all consequences, and achievements, are seen 30-90 days after. This is something we call the “Echo of life”.

When quarantine began, I decided to pick up a skill and gain knowledge to help other people achieve their health and fitness goals. Proper nutrition and exercise is the best primary prevention anyone can do for any disease. We receive a lot of things in life, but you only get one body.

With that being said, I’m glad to say I’m officially a Certified Personal Trainer! I look forward to helping people achieve their goals and plan to build programs online for all different types of goals @ Orlando
