We as women don't always have the "luxury" of just quitting or walking away. But that doesn't mean that we can't listen to our intuition, or iterate in a situation. Influential Leadership teaches that if we have an internal conversation with our head and our heart, we DO know what is best for us, and best for those around us. As we seek for the truth in every situation, wise actions can be modeled. Change rarely occurs with one action. Rather, it often occurs with incremental steps. Discernment can be practiced as a skill.
