🔹Calista has been teaching Barre for almost 5 years, she grew up doing gymnastics, competitive and sideline cheer and always had a passion for fitness. She loves to teach because she wants everyone to feel confident and empowered both in and outside the classroom and she believes barre is the perfect combination. Barre is made up of yoga, Pilates, and ballet components which to her, are all things that inspire an individuals to feel strong, empowered and elegant. Nothing brings her more joy than being in a room full of clients all empowering each-other towards the same goal with a great beat and a Pilates ball in hand 🎶
